I am an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Development at the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow at NUS Business School at National University of Singapore in the Centre on AI Technology for Humankind. I received my PhD in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

My research concerns the unanticipated consequences that can arise from implementing novel technologies like AI in organizations and society. I study how the presence of technology changes how we view other people, as well as how the presence of other people changes how we view technology.
